Vandalism Charge Dismissed in Kent County District Court 10/16/17

At the Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq. Inc., we are pleased to report that the charge of vandalism (malicious destruction of property) brought against a client in the Kent District Court has been dismissed.  Our Client was involved in a verbal altercation with two individuals regarding damage to his newly installed mailbox.  According to the Police, at the conclusion of the altercation and out of frustration he used a drill bit to scrape the other party's car causing a large area of damage.
