CRIMINAL CHARGE: VANDALISM (MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY)

Inc., we are pleased to report that the charge of vandalism (malicious destruction of property) brought against a client in the Kent District Court has been dismissed. Our Client was involved in a verbal altercation with two individuals regarding damage to his newly installed mailbox. According to the Police, at the conclusion of the altercation and out of frustration he used a drill bit to scrape the other party's car causing a large area of damage.
After thorough pre-trial negotiations with the prosecution for the Town, we were able to negotiate a dismissal of the vandalism charge after our Client paid the other party full restitution for the damage inflicted upon the car.
