At This Office
Our local South Kingstown Office is conveniently located in the South County Commons and just down the street from the Fourth Division District Court, the Washington County Superior Court, and the Wakefield Branch of the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. We have flexible hours and can arrange appoints to work with your schedule.
Our South County location allows us to easily and conveniently assist clients facing a wide variety of criminal and traffic offenses throughout surrounding area. The focus of our practice involves the defense of drunk driving charges (DUI), domestic violence offenses, and felony drug charges.
As a local DUI lawyer, we are familiar with the surrounding towns, roads, and local police departments. This gives us a head start and a tactical advantage when it comes to defending your case in Court. Additionally, we are intimately familiar with the inner workings of the local Court system and can provide you with in-depth insight into how your case will be handled in the criminal justice system.
Given the proximity to the University of Rhode Island, we frequently represent college students facing a number of types of criminal offenses. The college aged student population is particularly prone to face felony drug possession charges in addition to DUI and chemical test refusal charges. As a college student, criminal charges can be extremely devastating and can lead to expulsion from college, loss of financial aid, and school disciplinary hearings.
