Shoplifting Charge Dismissed in Newport County District Court on 1/22/2024

CHARGE: SHOPLIFTING

Our client, a traveling nurse, found herself in a challenging situation when a detective from the Newport Police Department contacted her regarding a shoplifting incident. She was not only concerned about potential legal consequences but also the impact on her professional license. As a traveling nurse, she regularly undergoes background checks, and her license renewal was only a month away.
