Domestic Assault and Disorderly Conduct Charges Dismissed in Washington County District Court on 6/29/23
June 2023
CHARGES:
(1) DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND BATTERY
(2) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT
We are delighted to announce another successful case resolved by Attorney Jason Ollman of Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm. Our client faced charges of domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct following a verbal altercation that escalated. However, with our strategic defense approach, we achieved a favorable outcome for our client.
During the arraignment, we negotiated an agreement with the Prosecution officer for our Client to complete anger management classes which would then present an opportunity to secure a dismissal of the charges. Additionally, we were able to modify the no-contact order to ensure our client's needs were met while the case was pending.
Through our client's commitment and successful completion of the anger management classes, we presented a strong case to the court. As a result, all charges against our client were dismissed, and the no-contact order was subsequently vacated. This resolution ensures our client's freedom and removes any restrictions on their personal relationships.
CASE RESULTS: DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT CHARGES DISMISSED and the no-contact order was completely VACATED on June 29th, 2023.
