Our client, a twenty-two-year-old, found himself facing a multitude of traffic violations after an incident on the highway. While driving his 2012 Mustang with a friend, they were spotted by the police traveling at speeds exceeding 100mph. A high-speed chase ensued, ultimately leading to their apprehension in a nearby parking lot. The client was cited for misdemeanor reckless driving, along with several other traffic violations.

Attorney Angelica Bovis recognized the potential consequences, including a license suspension, that our young client faced. Furthermore, understanding the importance of maintaining a clean criminal record, especially for someone recently graduated and entering the workforce, was a priority. Our defense counsel diligently negotiated with the prosecutor to secure the best possible outcome without a criminal record.

We are pleased to announce a successful resolution of this case. The misdemeanor reckless driving charge was dismissed, and our client pled guilty to three traffic infractions. Additionally, three other traffic infractions were dismissed. While our client faced a 30-day license suspension in traffic court, the outcome achieved by Attorney Bovis significantly mitigated the potential consequences.
