Domestic Violence Charges Dismissed in the Newport County District Court

September 2016

(1) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT
(2) DOMESTIC VANDALISM

Attorney Matthew Marin is pleased to report that domestic violence charges pending against a Client in the Second Division District Court in Newport have been dismissed.  Our Client was arrested after the police responded to a disturbance involving our Client and his mother.  His mother made allegations of disorderly behavior that resulted in minor damage to their home.  Thereafter, our Client was arrested and charged with domestic disorderly conduct as well as domestic vandalism.
