Vandalism Charges Dismissed in Kent County District Court 3/29/17

CRIMINAL CHARGE: VANDALISM (MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY)

At the Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq. Inc., we are pleased to report that the charge of vandalism (malicious destruction of property) pending against a client in the Kent County District Court has been dismissed.  The Police had been called to restaurant regarding a report of slashed tires by a restaurant employee.  After an investigation conducted by the local Police Department, our Client was arrested and charged with vandalism (malicious destruction of property) for the damage inflicted on the restaurant employees tires.
