The Police had been called to restaurant regarding a report of slashed tires by a restaurant employee. After an investigation conducted by the local Police Department, our Client was arrested and charged with vandalism (malicious destruction of property) for the damage inflicted on the restaurant employees tires.
After thorough pre-trial negotiations with the prosecution for the Town, we were able to negotiate a dismissal of the vandalism charge that had been brought against our Client.
