After extensive pre-trial negotiations and discussions with the Prosecution and the Court, we were able to secure a dismissal of the charges by the prosecution in the Washington County District Court. The Client owed no further obligations to the Court, and we were able to expunge the arrest and case from our Client's record shortly after the dismissal of the charges.
