Police officers in Newport County received a call of a couple that had just left a bar involved in a physical altercation on the sidewalk. Officers responded to find the street to find the alleged victim on the sidewalk injured. After a brief investigation, the officers arrested our client on domestic assault and disorderly conduct charges.
