CASE: EXPUNGEMENT

Attorney Angelica Bovis successfully expunged a client's vandalism charge in the Kent County District Court. The client was charged with vandalism in 2021 and sought an expungement. Attorney Bovis immediately filed the necessary motions to get the case expunged.

At a hearing on Attorney Bovis's Motion to Expunge, the Judge reviewed the case and confirmed that the client met the eligibility requirements and ultimately court granted the expungement motion. As a result, the case was completely expunged, meaning it will no longer appear on the client's criminal record.

CASE RESULT: VANDALISM CHARGE EXPUNGED on April 19th, 2023.
