CRIMINAL CHARGE: MISDEMEANOR VANDALISM
At the Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq. Inc., we are extremely pleased to report that a charge of misdemeanor vandalism brought against our Client in the Kent County District Court have been dismissed. The Police were called to Twin River Casino. Twin River Security had alleged that our Client intentionally and maliciously broken a video gaming machine that he had been playing. The Police were called and, after reviewing store security, our Client was arrested and charged with vandalism.
After having discussions with the Police Prosecution, we were able to negotiate a dismissal of the charge after our Client paid full restitution for the damaged video gaming machine.
