Massachusetts Suspended License Charges Dismissed on August 8th, 2024

August 2024

CHARGE: Driving on a Suspended License

Our Client contacted us in distress after being charged with driving on a suspended license in Massachusetts. Having recently resolved a series of complex out-of-state issues related to his license, he was understandably worried that this new charge would undo all of his hard work and result in further suspension of his driving privileges in Massachusetts.

At the arraignment, Attorney Jason Ollman represented the client and advocated strongly on his behalf. After thorough discussions, we were able to convince the District Attorney to agree to dismiss the case upon payment of just $50 in court costs. As a result, our client faced no further suspension or fines, preserving his ability to drive in Massachusetts without additional legal hurdles.

This outcome not only relieved our client of the potential consequences of a suspended license but also validated the efforts he had made to rectify his driving status. Our firm continues to strive for such favorable results, ensuring that our clients' rights and privileges are protected.
