Felony Domestic Assault Charges Dismissed

(1) FELONY DOMESTIC ASSAULT ON A PERSON OVER 60
(2) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Attorney Matthew Marin announces that felony charges of Domestic Assault on a Person Over 60 Years Old were dismissed by the Department of Attorney General.  Our Client had been facing a the domestic assault charges based on an incident that had occurred at his father's home.  The arrest and charges were brought by the Rhode Island State Police.  Once the charges were brought forward to the Rhode Island Superior Court, we were able to negotiate the DISMISSAL of the felony domestic assault charge and the reduction of the domestic disorderly conduct charge to a non-domestic disorderly conduct.  The reduced charge of non-domestic disorderly conduct charge was Filed for one year without any specific conditions.  If you are facing felony domestic violence charges in Rhode Island, give Attorney Matthew Marin a call for immediate and experienced legal advice and representation.
