The felony charge was dropped in the Providence Superior Court at the conclusion of successful plea negotiations which resulted in a misdemeanor simple assault charge being Filed for one year (stay out of trouble for one year). The Filing, if successfully completed, will allow our Client to expunge the case from his record in one year.
