Shoplifting Charges Dismissed in the Kent County District Court on 12.15.20

The attorneys at Marin & Barrett, Inc. are once again pleased to announce a great outcome for a client of ours facing shoplifting related charges.  Officers in Kent County were called to a grocery store for a report of two shoplifters attempting to bypass the self-checkout station.  Both were immediately arrested on scene.
