The police were dispatched to a residence for a report of our client breaking items in his home. The police took statements from the parties present, and ultimately decided to arrest and charge our client with domestic vandalism and disorderly conduct, and seize our client's firearms.
After we were hired to defend our client, we began our investigation and defense. After numerous court appearances with the police and the prosecution, the charges were dismissed outright – the police even agreed to return the firearms to our client.
