Domestic Vandalism Charge Dismissed in Kent County District Court on 1/27/2020

(1) DOMESTIC VANDALISM
(2) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Marin and Barrett, Inc. is extremely pleased to report that charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct against our Client in Kent County District Court have been dismissed.  The police were dispatched to a residence for a report of our client breaking items in his home.  The police took statements from the parties present, and ultimately decided to arrest and charge our client with domestic vandalism and disorderly conduct, and seize our client's firearms.
