Domestic Disorderly Conduct Charge Dismissed in the Newport County District Court

CHARGE: DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Attorney Matthew Marin is pleased to report that a charge of domestic disorderly conduct pending against a Client in the Second Division District Court in Newport have been dismissed.  Our Client was arrested after the police responded to a 911 call made by a neighbor after hearing a loud disturbance involving our Client and her husband.  When the Police arrived, they indicated they observed damaged items around the house.  Our Client was subsequently arrested and charged with domestic disorderly conduct.
