Marin and Barrett, Inc. is extremely pleased to report that charges of domestic assault and domestic vandalism conduct against our client in Washington County District Court have been dismissed.  The Police Report in the case indicated that our Client's roommate reported to the local Police Station to report an assault.  The Police observed injuries to the roommate that were consistent with an altercation and they attempted to contact our Client but were unable to reach him.  Based solely on the report made by our Client's roommate, the Police located our client and arrested and charged him with domestic simple assault and domestic vandalism.
