Domestic Assault Charge Dismissed in the Providence County District Court

CHARGE: DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT AND BATTERY

Marin, Esq., Inc. is pleased to report that a domestic assault charge pending against a Client in the Sixth Division District Court in Providence, RI has been dismissed.  Our Client was arrested after he was involved in an incident with his girlfriend.  The Police concluded their investigation by arresting the Client and charging him with domestic simple assault and battery.
