The Marin and Barrett Law Firm is pleased to announce another successful case resolution for our client! Attorney Angelica Bovis defended a case involving our client who was charged with Domestic Assault and Battery as well as Domestic Disorderly Conduct by the Cranston Police.
Upon the initial response by the police to a domestic disturbance at the residence, our Client was arrested and charged with domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. As a result, a no contact order was issued for the protection of our client's significant other forcing our client to leave their own home. Attorney Bovis was able petition the Court to have the no contact order removed at our Client's, allowing them to move back home while the case was pending.
At the following pre-trial conference court appearance, Attorney Bovis successfully negotiated the dismissal of all charges against our Client.
