CHARGE: DISORDERLY CONDUCT - INDECENT EXPOSURE (R.I.G.L. 11-45-2)

The Police were called to a local park where an eyewitness told to the police that he had observed our Client acting in an indecent manner. Our Client was then arrested and charged with disorderly conduct - indecent exposure.
