Disorderly Conduct Charges Dismissed in the Washington County District Court on 4/14/2022

April 2022

CHARGE: DISORDERLY CONDUCT (R.I.G.L. 11-45-1)

Another day, another dismissed case for a Marin and Barrett, Inc. client. We were hired to represent our client after he was charged with disorderly conduct in Washington County. The police were called to a residence for the report of loud noise and an unruly man. After the police arrived, they were met by our client who appeared ready to fight them. The police were able to quell the situation and our client was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. After meeting with the client, we were able to learn about the incident itself as well as our client's personal history. We were then able to use the information to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the case, preserving our client's liberty and clean criminal record.  If you or a loved one has been charged with the criminal offense of disorderly conduct in Rhode Island, contact the experienced criminal defense attorneys at Marin and Barrett, Inc. today for a no obligation defense strategy session and case consultation.
