Disorderly Conduct Charge Dismissed in the Washington County District Court on 10.22.20

October 2020

The attorneys at Marin & Barrett, Inc. are are again happy to report the dismissal for a client charged with disorderly conduct.  Police officers in Washington County responded to a residence for a dispute between neighbors.  After consulting with everyone at the scene they made the decision to arrest our client on disorderly conduct charges for violent and tumultuous behavior.

As a working professional our client indicated that getting the charges dismissed and removed were of the utmost importance, so that is what we set to work doing.  Given that nobody was injured and that our client had never been arrested previously we were able to use our relationship with the arresting police department to convince them to dismiss the matter outright, effectively winning the case for our client and making good on our goal to wipe the case clean.  If you or a loved one is facing criminal charges in Rhode Island, give Attorney Nicholas Parrillo at Marin and Barrett, Inc. a call for immediate and experienced legal advice and representation.
