CHARGE: DISORDERLY CONDUCT

The police were called to a concert in Woonsocket for the report of a drunk and unruly man acting crazy and trying to get into the venue. After multiple attempts to defuse the situation and calm the man down, they ultimately arrested him and charged him with disorderly conduct.
Immediately upon being hired to defend our client, we went to work on determining what we thought the State could – and could not – prove against him. After multiple conferences with the judge and prosecutor, it was ultimately agreed that the disorderly conduct charge couldn't stick. The charge was dismissed outright and sealed from our client's BCI, preserving his clean criminal record..
