Marin and Barrett is pleased to announce the full dismissal and sealing of a series of felony offenses.  Our client had been charged with breaking and entering, felony assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct after allegedly breaking into a woman's home and assaulting her while under the influence of drugs.

After being retained by the Client's family to take on the case, our criminal defense attorneys worked to create a mitigation package in defense and support of our Client.  After numerous significant discussions with the prosecution and the court, we were able to secure our client's entry into the Superior Court Adult Diversion Program.  After completion of the Adult Diversion Program, our Client was able to have each and every charge dismissed in full and instantly sealed from his criminal record for good.
