Attorney Matthew Marin is pleased to announce a NOT GUILTY VERDICT on behalf of a Client facing criminal assault charges brought by the Cranston Police Department.  In the case, the Client had allegedly assaulted an older gentleman at a local bar after a disagreement.  On Thursday January 24th, a Providence County Jury returned a verdict of not guilty on the sole count of criminal assault in less than two hours.
