2013 Felony Forgery and Counterfeiting Case Expunged 12/5/17
December 2017
CHARGES: FIVE COUNTS OF FORGERY AND COUNTERFEITING
At the Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq. Inc., we are extremely pleased to report the EXPUNGEMENT of a felony forgery and counterfeiting case that had been on our Client's record since 2013. The charge had been reviewed by the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office in 2013 and found to lack probable cause for prosecution and filed what is called a "No Information." However, since our Client took no action to have the case removed from his record it remained there until we were retained to remove it. We were able to handle the entire expungement process on his behalf without him needing to appear in Court. If you or a loved one has an old Rhode Island case on your record and you would like to have it removed but you are not sure it can be done, contact Attorney Matthew Marin. We regularly assist Clients to expunge very old cases from their records and would be happy to speak with you to discuss how we can expunge your record. We are available 24/7 at 401-228-8271 or by email at [email protected].
