CHARGES: MISDEMEANOR SHOPLIFTING
POLICE REPORT: The Client, an international student attending school in the United States on a Student Visa, was shopping at a local mall. During the course of shopping, the Client paid for some items but failed to pay for others that she was carrying. The Client then passed all points of sale and exited the store without paying for a few items that she was carrying. Store security then detained her, the police were summonsed, and the Client was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting (first offense).
RESULTS: DISMISSED
