Rhode Island Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct Charges Dismissed

(1) DOMESTIC ASSAULT
(2) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At the Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq., Inc., we would like to report the dismissal of allegations of Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct which had been pending against a Client in the Kent County District Court.  The allegations arose out of an incident between the Client and his ex-girlfriend after a night of drinking.  After pre-trial negotiations with the City, we were able to secure the DISMISSAL of both the Domestic Assault and the Domestic Disorderly Conduct Charges.  Both charges were subsequently expunged from our Client's criminal record.  If you are facing domestic violence charges in Rhode Island, give Attorney Matthew Marin a call for immediate and experienced legal advice and representation.
