Domestic Violence Charges Dismissed in the Washington County District Court

(1) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT
(2) DOMESTIC VANDALISM

The Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq., Inc. is pleased to report that domestic violence charges pending against a Client in the Fourth Division District Court in Wakefield, RI have been dismissed.  Our Client was arrested after the police responded to a disturbance involving our Client and his girlfriend.  His girlfriend spoke to the police and informed them that he had been heavily intoxicated and been combative with her during and argument.  The Client was arrested and charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault.
