Domestic Violence Charges Dismissed in the Kent County District Court

(1) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT
(2) DOMESTIC VANDALISM

The Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq., Inc. is pleased to report that domestic violence charges pending against a Client in the Third Division District Court in Warwick, RI have been dismissed.  Our Client was arrested after he called the police for assistance after a disturbance with his wife.  His wife spoke to the police and informed them that our Client had damaged items inside the house during their argument.  The Client was arrested and charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism (malicious damage to property)..
